Instructor-led Training Registration Information

Instructor-led Training Tuition:

Tuition covers all course materials, refreshments, and a Certificate of Completion.

Instructor-led Training Guarantee:

We believe we offer the highest quality training. If during the first day of your instructor-led training course you are not satisfied and wish to withdraw, notify the office manager before or during the first morning break, return all course materials, and receive a 100% refund, less any applicable fees.  If you wish to keep your training materials, you may purchase them at that time.   As an additional guarantee, we offer you free refresher courses on publicly held classes, if it is the same version and level that you previously attended and free software support on material that was covered in the classes you attended. 

Course Locations:

Regarding instructor-led courses, please contact us at 972-387-1212 regarding specific information for our Dallas location or at 817-428-5152 for information about our Fort Worth location.  Because we have multiple locations, be sure to verify your training location on your class confirmation.

Hotel Accommodations:

Please identify yourself as an ExecuTrain participant in order to qualify for the special rate at our preferred hotels. Rates are subject to change at the discretion of the hotel.

Course Schedule:

To register for a class, please call one of the locations listed on the schedule.  If there are classes you are interested in that are not listed, please call us, we are updating our class schedules daily.  Instructor-led courses begin at 8:30 a.m. and conclude at approximately 4:30 p.m. each day. Plan to arrive by 8:15 am since it is important that you are present at the beginning of class.  If you arrive after 9:00am, you will need to reschedule and will be subject to a cancellation fee. 

Payment Policy:

Pre-payment is required prior to attendance in the course. We accept checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards.  Instructor-led training is available only to employer-sponsored trainees.

Cancellation and Reschedule Policies:

Student substitutions may be made at any time prior to the start of class. You may cancel your classroom registration by contacting an ExecuTrain representative at 972-387-1212 in Dallas, 817-428-5152 in Fort Worth, or by email at registrations@executraindfw.com. See cancellation policies below:

Cancellation policy for Standard Desktop Application and Expert Topic classes:  may be cancelled without penalty if done five (5) full business days prior to the start of the class.  Failure to cancel or reschedule five (5) full business days in advance will result in a 50% of class rate cancellation fee.  If a student fails to attend the scheduled class and does not cancel or reschedule, the full class fee (100%) will be charged.

Reschedule policy for Standard Desktop Application and Expert Topic classes: should you need to reschedule a class, please contact our office five (5) business days prior to your scheduled class.  If you reschedule a class four (4) days or less prior to the day of the class there is a late rescheduling fee of 25% of your total class cost. 

Cancellation Policy for Technical/MOC Classes:  may be cancelled without penalty up to ten (10) full business days prior to the start of the class.  Failure to cancel or reschedule, or if the student no shows the class, the full class fee (100%) will be charged.

Reschedule policy for Technical/MOC classes: should you need to reschedule a class, please contact our office ten (10) business days prior to your scheduled class.  If you reschedule a class nine (9) days or less prior to the day of the class there is a late rescheduling fee of 25% of your total class cost.

License Agreement for ExecuTrain Virtual Campus web-based e-Learning:

Payment of tuition gives you a personal non-exclusive, non-transferable license/access key to attend one year of the ExecuTrain Virtual Campus web site. Transferring or sharing your license/access key or login/password with anyone else is a violation of the licensing agreement and is subject to legal action.
